Remote Senior Blockchain Engineer

Description:

• Design and manage smart contract systems for Ondo, focusing on security, efficiency, and scalability across blockchain ecosystems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are technically sound and operable, while favoring simple and elegant designs.

Requirements:

• Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience; 3+ years in blockchain engineering, preferably in DeFi protocols.
• Strong competency in Solidity; familiarity with non-EVM languages like Solana is a plus.
• Proven ability to design systems, including tooling and automation, and integrate with operational teams.
• Experience in building and scaling DeFi protocols.
• Preferred experience in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Strong technical judgment and prioritization skills.
