Description:

  • Seeking a Senior Business Operator (Growth, Operations & AI) to assist the founder in scaling the business.
  • Role requires independent thinking, project ownership, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret business data.
  • Excellent logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with AI tools.
  • Proven project management skills and ownership of outcomes.
  • Proactive mindset and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication skills.

Benefits:

  • Compensation: $1,400–$2,000 USD/month + commissions.
  • 100% remote position.
  • Full-time contractor opportunity.
