Remote Senior Conversational AI Delivery Engineer Lead - LATAM

Description:

• Lead the design, build, and deployment of conversational AI solutions on the Omilia platform for LATAM clients.
• Serve as the technical authority and standard-setter for the LATAM Conversational AI Delivery pod.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in delivering conversational AI or agentic automation solutions.
• Proven track record with at least one conversational AI platform (e.g., Omilia OCP, Google CCAI).
• Experience integrating GenAI/LLM capabilities into production systems.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js for backend integrations.
• Familiarity with CX and contact center infrastructure (IVR, SIP, CTI).
• Excellent English communication skills; ability to lead technical client conversations.
• Self-directed and capable of managing multiple engagements.
