Remote Senior Cyber Security Engineer, Elastic (Security Operations)

Description:

• Join Bitpanda as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to protect customer assets and enhance security operations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on security engineering experience, including incident response, threat hunting, and SIEM.
• Expertise in securing cloud-native environments (AWS), system hardening, and security monitoring; experience with Elastic Security, ES|QL, and KQL is desirable.
• Proven ability to design detections, automate workflows, and improve security processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on mentoring and influencing technical direction.
