Description:

Lead the DevSec team at Glia, focusing on end-to-end security across application, infrastructure, supply chain, and compliance.
Start as a hands-on Senior Security Engineer, transitioning to a leadership role while remaining technically involved.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in at least two security domains (e.g., AppSec + cloud/infra) with a holistic view of security posture.
Proven ability to build or scale a security program in a low-structure environment.
Proficiency in coding and automation (Python preferred) and depth in AWS cloud security.
Experience with AI-assisted development and securing LLM tooling.
Leadership experience with a commitment to mentor and grow the team.
Located in Europe.
