Remote Senior Data Architect

Description:

• Own the design and evolution of PeakMetrics’ data systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support real-time processing, analytics, and machine learning use cases.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with production data systems.
• Experience designing data architectures, not just individual pipelines.
• Strong experience with streaming platforms (Kafka or AWS Kinesis preferred).
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools (Temporal, Dagster, or Airflow).
• Experience with cloud-native data stacks (AWS preferred).
• Understanding of data modeling for analytics and machine learning.
• Knowledge of machine learning workflows and feature engineering.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
