Description:

  • Phaidra is developing AI-powered control systems for industrial automation, enabling facilities to learn and improve over time.
  • The Senior Data Platform Engineer will lead the technical direction of the Data Platform team, focusing on distributed, multi-tenant systems and high-impact architecture decisions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, particularly with distributed or data-intensive systems.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing systems for data ingestion, storage, and processing, with a focus on high availability and performance.
  • Experience with batch and real-time data processing technologies, such as Apache Flink.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting and demonstrate ownership and empathy in work.
