Description:

  • Amplify is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for the Sales Analytics team to own sales forecasting and promote data-driven decision making.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, building predictive models, and providing actionable recommendations for revenue and planning decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data science, with 3+ years in sales forecasting or revenue analytics; a relevant graduate degree may count for 2 years.
  • Proficient in Python or R, SQL, and time series forecasting methods (e.g., ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM).
  • Experience with machine learning pipelines in production environments (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Databricks).
  • Strong communication skills and experience mentoring junior data scientists.
