Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field.
5+ years of experience in an analytical role with proficiency in SQL and Python.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in leading ambiguous analytical initiatives with measurable impact.
Expertise in experimental design and statistical methods.
Experience building scalable data products and tools.
Strong business acumen to connect data findings to lifecycle strategy.

Competitive salary range of $160,700.00 - $207,900.00 for candidates in Ontario and British Columbia.
