Requirements:

5+ years of experience in quantitative research, empirical blockchain research, or data science, ideally in crypto or market structure.
Strong statistical background and experimental rigor, with experience in designing and interpreting experiments.
Expertise in blockchain research, particularly with Ethereum or major L1/L2 ecosystems, and familiarity with MEV, block building, and market structure.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in analytical data platforms like BigQuery or Snowflake.
High autonomy and ownership in defining research agendas and communicating findings.
