Join Vanta's Data and Analytics team as a Senior Data Scientist to build a best-in-class business analytics function.
Partner with business stakeholders to ensure analytics processes meet current and future business needs.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Product Analyst, or Analytics Engineer in a business setting.
Strong skills in SQL, Python (or R), statistics, and machine learning.
Experience in designing experiments, predictive models, and statistical analyses.
Proven ability to build scalable data assets and analytical frameworks on cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, dbt).
Deep experience with data visualization and AI-assisted analytics tools.
Understanding of product analytics, customer behavior, and B2B SaaS growth metrics.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into actionable recommendations.
Passion for building reusable analytical systems and using AI responsibly.
