Seeking a Senior Database Engineer with expertise in PostgreSQL and AWS Aurora to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of database platforms.
Role involves strategic project delivery and hands-on operational support in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in production database engineering/administration with strong PostgreSQL skills.
Proficient in AWS database services, particularly Aurora PostgreSQL/RDS, and experience with connection pooling/management.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
Strong scripting skills (Python or similar) and Linux fundamentals relevant to database operations.
Excellent written communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones.
