  • Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered autonomous implementation solutions for ServiceNow Expert Services.
  • Focus on building AI agents that automate ServiceNow configuration and accelerate deployment time.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise software.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with large language models and prompt engineering.
  • Strong understanding of professional services delivery operations.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
