Remote Senior Gen-AI Engineer

Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based APIs and backend services using FastAPI.
• Build, deploy, and optimize production-grade LLM applications using providers like OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Implement end-to-end RAG solutions, including vector databases and semantic search.
• Develop secure, scalable MCP servers and AI infrastructure.
• Create multi-agent systems to automate complex workflows.
• Refine prompts and agent instructions to enhance solution quality.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering efficiency.
• Implement event-driven architectures and real-time communication patterns.
• Monitor and optimize AI and backend systems for performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience developing APIs with Python.
• 2+ years of experience with LLMs.
• Proficient in using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Strong experience in building REST APIs with FastAPI.
• Knowledge of NLP and machine learning for LLM systems.
• Experience with key LLM models APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Experience in building and securing MCP servers at scale.
• Understanding of multi-agent systems and RAG systems.
• Experience with prompt writing and generative solutions in production.
• Proficiency in event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
• Strong critical thinking and systems thinking skills.
• Solid understanding of security best practices for backend systems.
