  • Develop a unified AI platform for candidate sourcing, outreach, and interview support.
  • Transition prototypes to production-ready applications with a focus on reliability and security.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience shipping AI applications into production.
  • Strong understanding of security and reliability for applications handling personal data.
  • Ability to make AI features production-ready with evaluation and cost management.
  • Full-stack development skills and infrastructure ownership.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Terraform/Pulumi, security/compliance background, and voice AI experience.
