Description:

Owner is an AI-native system designed to help local business owners, starting with restaurants, succeed by integrating various business tools.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will evolve and operate Owner’s cloud and deployment platform, focusing on infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and developer enablement.

Requirements:

Deep experience with production systems in the cloud, particularly AWS, and managing critical workloads.
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally using Terraform, and extensive work with Kubernetes in real-world environments.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and a strong understanding of developer experience and system design.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, communicate clearly across teams, and empathize with developers to improve workflows.

Estimated base salary range of $190K - $220K (senior level) or $220K - $240K (staff level) plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
