Description:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a phase-appropriate GxP Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Oversee QMS processes including Document Management, Training Management, Change Control, and CAPA.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 17+ years, Master's with 14+ years, or PhD with 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum of 8 years managing Quality Management Systems and 5 years with Phase 3/commercial products.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH guidance, and global health authority regulations.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $250,000 - $300,000 depending on experience and role.
