Remote Senior Frontend Software Engineer

Description:

• Lead the technical execution of initiatives from requirements to production release.
• Shape scalable frontend architecture decisions balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
• Contribute to the evolution of React and Electron applications, improving libraries and system design.
• Identify risks and validate assumptions in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Ensure codebase health by reducing technical debt and improving test coverage.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams on trade-offs and requirements.
• Monitor and resolve production issues, contributing to system observability and incident response.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Align technical decisions with business priorities and customer impact.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in modern web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with React or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience leading technical implementation of production features.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and debugging production issues.
• Proficient in writing automated tests (unit, integration, E2E).
