The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for scaling the AI-powered practice management platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and technical challenges.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development within a SaaS B2B, customer-focused environment.
Proven ability to independently identify and solve problems is essential.
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot) in daily development workflows is required.
Candidates should be capable of effectively prompting, guiding, and evaluating AI-generated code to meet production standards.
The ability to take on substantial features from concept to shipping as the sole engineer is necessary.
Openness to mentoring and sharing knowledge with others is expected.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on clarity and action, are important.
Familiarity with the following tools and tech stack is required: .NET, AngularJS/jquery, Angular, TypeScript, Cordova, Java, Objective-C, Swift, MongoDB, S3, SQS, Lambda - AWS, Bitbucket, Slack, and Claude Code.
Candidates should be analytical, curious, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
