Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a tech-related field or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of work experience with Laravel and React frameworks is required.
• Proficiency in building applications using Javascript/Typescript, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and MySQL 8 is necessary.
• A passion for usability, user experience, and elegant UI design is essential.
• Candidates should be eager to learn and share knowledge with team members.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and other DevOps tools is a plus.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is required.
• A strong track record of leading technical projects and coordinating teams of 3 or more engineers is necessary.
• Experience in mentoring and supporting the professional growth of fellow engineers is preferred.
• A background in product-based companies with multiple product and engineering teams is advantageous.
• Proven experience in driving engineering initiatives that have impacted other teams or the wider organization is required.
