Description:

Build cloud CPaaS/CCaaS infrastructure for contact centers with high traffic and real-time services.
Own features end-to-end across Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend, utilizing AI agents in development.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong fundamentals.
4+ years of hands-on production experience with Go.
Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript.
Experience with high-load and distributed production systems.
Proficient in designing, building, and debugging production services and APIs.
Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) beyond simple autocomplete.
Strong engineering judgment and ability to make independent technical decisions.
