Description:

  • Join Better Impact as a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own core platform services that support all products.
  • Design, build, and maintain foundational systems including SSO, profile services, and data aggregation layers.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong full stack capabilities with production experience in Node.js/TypeScript and modern React development.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with search infrastructure (OpenSearch, Elasticsearch).
  • Knowledge of AWS fundamentals and hands-on experience with identity and auth systems (OAuth, SAML, SSO).
  • Clear technical communication skills.
