Description:

We are looking for a true Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can design systems, take ownership end-to-end, and deliver production-grade features across backend and frontend.
Technology is not the main criteria; engineering maturity, system thinking, and code quality are.
Experience with Go and/or React is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing features from idea to production, working across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and integrations.
Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning and estimation.
Take architectural decisions and improve existing system design.
Write clean, testable, maintainable code, perform code reviews, and mentor other engineers.
Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of the system while working closely with Product, QA, and DevOps.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
A strong understanding of system design and architecture is required.
Proven experience building and maintaining high-load, event-driven systems is essential.
The ability to work across the full stack (backend + frontend) is necessary.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is required.
Strong ownership and accountability for delivered features is expected.
A solid understanding of APIs, databases, and modern web architectures is needed.
Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows is required.
Candidates must have the ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
Experience with Go, React or modern frontend frameworks, microservices, distributed systems, cloud environments, containers, and observability and monitoring tools will be a plus.
