Description:

Join Cohere, a leading security-first enterprise AI company, as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for the North Tools & Retrieval team.
Work on the North AI workspace platform, focusing on data integration, file management, and agent extensibility.

Requirements:

Proven experience shipping full-stack code (Python and React) in production.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong coding skills across the stack and experience with performant applications.
Product-oriented mindset, focusing on user experience and feature ownership.

Benefits:

Competitive salary: $215,000 – $260,000 (CA, NY, WA) or $180,000 – $220,000 (other US) or $260,000 – $310,000 (Canada).
Weekly lunch stipend, full health and dental benefits, and RRSP/401K matching.
6 weeks of paid vacation, parental leave top-up, and annual enrichment benefits.
