Description:
- Seeking a Full Stack Developer to build a configurable, UI-driven self-service platform for contact center operations on Amazon Connect.
- Responsibilities include designing scalable microservices, developing RESTful APIs, and collaborating with UI teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Docker.
- Exposure to contact center platforms or IVR systems is a plus.
