Description:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be part of an agile, self-organized, cross-functional team that includes a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst, developers, and UX designers.
Your focus will be on onboarding and master data management, where you will help customers quickly and reliably achieve their first successful payroll.
You will operate, improve, and develop features for the creation and maintenance of company and employee data.
You will relieve employers in employee development, including through our self-service tools.
You will ensure smooth data versioning and maintain data quality through validations.
You will actively contribute to the implementation of electronic reporting procedures as part of the Digital State initiative.
As a developer, you will expand and improve the Lexware Office codebase to continuously adapt to evolving business requirements.
You will constructively and critically engage in team discussions, contribute to consensus-based solutions, and make decisions collaboratively.
You will work independently and actively help find and implement meaningful, robust, and feasible technical solutions for new features.
When problems or obstacles arise, you will take initiative and either resolve them yourself or reach out to colleagues, favoring short communication paths.
You will be willing to delve into new topics and fields and apply newly acquired knowledge to upcoming tasks.
Your code will contribute to the ongoing success of Lexware Office, and you will be part of a large tech community that regularly exchanges ideas on overarching topics and the continuous development of our technical infrastructure.
Requirements:
You have over 5 years of experience in the development and design of cloud-based applications, including solid knowledge of microservice architectures, database design, and RESTful APIs.
You possess very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and React; knowledge of TypeScript, AWS, Gradle, NX, and Terraform is desirable.
You have an intrinsic interest in high-quality software development, a structured working style, and the ability to immerse yourself in complex subject areas.
You approach the implementation of new features reliably and consistently, always considering both technical requirements and team decisions.
You can consistently adopt the perspective of our customers to make payroll processing a great experience for them.
You are passionate about agile software development (according to Scrum) and can navigate well in an iterative approach. Teamwork, constructive and proactive communication, and taking responsibility are second nature to you.
Our team language is German, so very good German language skills (at least C2 level) are a must.
