Description:

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for Workforce Management product stream to build enterprise-scale solutions for contact centers.
Responsibilities include designing workforce planning capabilities, building microservices, developing responsive applications, and integrating with various systems.

Requirements:

8+ years of full-stack software development experience, particularly with Java, Spring Boot, and REST services.
Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and experience with complex business rules engines and scheduling algorithms.
Proficient in frontend development with Angular or React, TypeScript, and familiarity with Node.js.
Experience with AWS services, designing REST APIs, and strong SQL skills in PostgreSQL.
