Senior Software Engineers will join a talented engineering team to tackle new challenges in outpatient therapy and the healthcare space.
Responsibilities include influencing engineering team strategy, creating technical specifications, overseeing engineering grooming sessions, mentoring junior engineers, developing new product features, participating in code reviews, engaging in design reviews, and conducting technical interviews.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on Full Stack web development.
Strong communication skills are required to articulate thoughts and decisions comfortably.
A desire to contribute to the growth of the product, team, and direction of Prompt Therapy Solutions Inc. is essential.
A working knowledge of technologies such as PHP, Laravel, Vue.JS, and MySQL or equivalent technologies is necessary.
Enterprise engineering experience and MVC architecture experience are preferred.
Candidates should be interested in a heavy code contribution role, as the company is not looking for engineering managers at this time.
