Remote Senior Fullstack Engineer

Description:

• Join a fast-growing European AI voice tech company building an AI-powered phone assistant for small and medium-sized businesses.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product features from idea to release on a remote-first team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack engineering with end-to-end delivery responsibility for customer-facing applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
• Experience integrating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) into production software applications is a significant plus.
• Product mindset focused on customer value.
• Skilled at extracting actionable insights from user interactions.
• Comfortable owning analytics and data layers for product decisions.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled services on cloud infrastructure in Europe is a bonus.
• Familiarity with GDPR and EU AI Act considerations is a plus.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong CS fundamentals and sound judgment in balancing effort, quality, and speed.
• Native-level German proficiency is required.

Benefits:

• Salary range: €80,000 – €120,000 annually.
• Fully remote position with a preference for candidates in Germany or Austria.
