Zencastr is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to empower the voices of the world and push the podcasting industry into the future.

Candidates should have significant experience with Node.js and a good understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
A solid grasp of computer science fundamentals is required, including knowledge of heap vs. stack, time complexities, and design patterns.
Ambition is key; candidates should have aspirations to tackle tough tech problems or build their own companies.
Enjoyment of writing JavaScript or TypeScript is essential.
Candidates should have a focus on performance, considering client-side bundling techniques and database sharding.
Comfort in both browser contexts and Node.js runtime is necessary.
Team players with good communication skills are preferred.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Typescript, React, and Node.js development is required.
Strong knowledge of document/key-value stores such as Redis and MongoDB is essential.
Proficiency in SQL is necessary.
Candidates must have strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React.
Demonstrable experience in building scalable consumer-based applications is required.
Strong experience with unit, integration, and load testing is necessary.
Experience in building APIs is required.
Familiarity with cloud APIs, such as Google Cloud and Digital Ocean, is essential.
