Remote Senior Go Engineer (6 month project)

Description:

• Join a large-scale issuer processor migration programme within the payments domain.
• Focus on building and integrating high-volume backend systems and ensuring reliability of business-critical services.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience with Go/Golang.
• Proven experience designing and building complex backend systems.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven platforms such as Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of API design and system integrations.
• Experience with large-scale migration or integration programmes.
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and modern engineering practices.
• Ability to work with high-volume, high-availability backend services.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across integrated systems.
• Strong collaboration skills with client and vendor teams.
