Description:

Manage and oversee the global Office 365 environment, including user and license management, security policy implementation, and integration with business applications.
Ensure high availability, performance, maintenance, and optimization of LAN, WAN, WLAN networks, and data center infrastructure.
Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, conduct security audits, and enforce security protocols.
Lead deployment, administration, and optimization of applications and infrastructure within Microsoft Azure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7-10 years of experience in IT system engineering with expertise in Office 365, network management, and cybersecurity.
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or IT carve-outs is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English for global communication.
Experience in Computerized System Validation (CSV) is ideal.
Relevant certifications (Azure Administrator, CCNA, CISSP, etc.).
Proven track record of managing cross-functional IT projects internationally.
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
