The role of Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer is remote, focusing on supporting UK-based clients while collaborating closely with the UK leadership team.

Responsibilities include designing and developing backend services for a scalable marketing platform, designing APIs and infrastructure, and ensuring end-to-end delivery and support.
The role involves partnering with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and collaborating on design decisions.
The position operates within an Agile delivery team, utilizing hybrid remote and in-person collaboration.

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal English skills are required.
A consultative approach to software development and engineering is essential.
Candidates must have a core foundation in programming, particularly in JVM languages such as Kotlin or Java.
Experience in designing and implementing data-driven APIs is necessary.
Exposure to frontend development, especially with React.js, Tailwind, REDUX, and Typescript, is required.
Past project experience with large-scale web services is essential.
Candidates should have cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.
Infrastructure-as-code (IaC) experience, such as with Terraform or Cloud Formation, is required.
In-depth experience with unit and integration testing, and test automation is necessary, ideally with TAA and/or BDD.
Experience working with SQL databases in the context of implementing data-driven APIs and designing database schemas and queries is required.
