Description:

• Join SmartRecruiters as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the Chat Group to develop intelligent conversational systems for recruiting.
• Design and build agentic workflows using ML, NLP, and AI to enhance recruiting efficiency and deliver personalized experiences.

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, NLP, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning systems in production.
• Expertise in NLP techniques, LLM fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and ML tools (e.g., scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
• Advanced Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
