Remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Description:

• Join Inspiren as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build intelligent, scalable workflows powered by cloud-based Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
• Own the end-to-end pipeline, collaborating with Embedded Systems, Computer Vision, and Data Science teams to enhance VLM performance and integrate edge devices with cloud intelligence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, particularly in computer vision and/or LLM/VLM systems.
• Strong familiarity with Vision-Language Models (e.g., GPT-4V, Claude, Gemini).
• Experience in building and evaluating labeling systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and cloud inference APIs.
• Practical skills in prompt engineering and a pragmatic engineering mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
