Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building production ML systems, particularly in recommendation and search.

  • Strong knowledge of two-tower models, embedding retrieval, and ranking systems.
  • Ability to translate user behavior into modeling signals and product improvements.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and high ownership in ambiguous environments.
