Description:

• Join Constructor as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the Search Quality team to enhance e-commerce experiences for millions of users.
• Focus on improving search relevance through LLMs, real-time models, and offline query log analysis.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in production ML systems.
• Background in search, information retrieval, or recommendation systems.
• Proficient in fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and scaling LLM deployments.
• Strong skills in Python, PyTorch, SQL, and data orchestration tools (Spark, Airflow).
• Experience with A/B testing for model validation.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
