Remote Senior Mobile App Engineer (React Native/iOS/Android)

Description:

• Join Beacon Biosignals as a Senior Mobile App Engineer to develop cross-platform apps for EEG headbands and wearables.
• Contribute to transforming precision medicine for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders through innovative mobile solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in mobile development (native iOS/Android and/or React Native).
• Experience with BLE, sensor integration, or health data streams.
• Strong product mindset focusing on UX, performance, and edge cases.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Expo, and GitHub.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, asynchronous environment.
• Bonus: Experience with medical devices, EEG, or wearables; native code development; clinical trial apps; open source contributions.

Benefits:

• Salary range: $170,000 – $190,000, adjusted based on experience, skills, and location.
