Description:

Lead the development, optimization, and delivery of features for PadSplit's mobile app.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to prioritize work and drive measurable impact.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles, preferably in mobile or marketplace environments.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing product backlogs.
Proven experience with mobile applications and familiarity with user behavior and product delivery cycles.
Ability to analyze product metrics and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
