SalesBlue is a voice AI sales automation platform for insurance brokerages in Mexico and Spain.
Seeking a senior .NET/C# engineer with experience in real production systems under load, focusing on architecture, resilience, and scalability.

Requirements:

Expertise in .NET / C# and strong CS fundamentals (OOP, SOLID, SOA, design patterns).
Experience with event-driven backend architectures and multi-server infrastructure.
Proficiency in parallel and concurrent programming (async/await, thread safety).
Ability to design backend architecture for complex web applications and integrate multiple external services/APIs.
Familiarity with frontend integration via Next.js and fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
Daily use of AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
