Description:

Build and own an internal developer platform using Backstage, enabling rapid service scaffolding.
Define the pipeline from commit to production using Kubernetes GitOps model.
Implement standards as code for quality, security, and policy checks.
Shape AI agent interactions within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Develop interfaces for AI agents to access infrastructure safely.
Evolve cloud and Kubernetes infrastructure for self-service provisioning.
Reduce developer toil and enhance developer experience.

Requirements:

8 to 10 years in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering with software development experience.
Hands-on experience with Backstage or equivalent internal developer portal.
Proficiency in Kubernetes, GitOps (Argo CD or Flux), and Terraform in a major cloud environment.
Experience with CI/CD, pipeline templates, and safe rollouts.
Familiarity with observability practices (traces, metrics, logs).
Ability to drive initiatives and build solutions with minimal direction.
