Requirements:

Experienced backend engineer with a track record of shipping AI products, especially in text and data-heavy applications.
Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, API optimization, and familiarity with RAG architectures.
AI observability experience and a clear perspective on impactful AI products.
Product-minded, customer-focused, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Experience with agent frameworks and design.
