Join Qonto as an Analytics Engineer – Data Governance to architect the data trust layer during the transition to a fully licensed bank.
Own the Data Governance framework, defining rules, implementing controls, monitoring quality, and driving remediation across the company.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in Analytics Engineering, particularly in dbt and SQL; experience with production-grade data models and tests.
Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
A process and compliance mindset, with attention to precision and documentation in regulatory environments.
Familiarity with AI tools for automation and workflow configuration; French language proficiency is essential.

High autonomy and ownership in building a new framework from scratch, with potential for growth into a Staff-level role.
