Remote Senior QA Automation Lead

Description:

• Seeking a QA Automation Lead to serve as a technical leader within the Quality Engineering practice.
• Responsible for designing and maintaining scalable automation solutions and driving quality initiatives across multiple projects.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
• 4+ years of Test Automation experience.
• Strong programming skills in at least one modern language and knowledge of OOP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration, Git, SQL, and test reporting.
• Technical leadership experience, mentoring engineers, and project management skills.
• Proactive mindset, strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
