Description:

Involvement in the implementation of a new system for an insurance company.
Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria, collaborating with business stakeholders for review and creation of test cases (pair-testing).
Validate data and calculations, ensuring accuracy based on anonymized production data (SQL verification, reconciliation scripts).
Automate tests by designing scenarios for automation and independently implementing automated tests with AI tools support.
Manage testing and reporting using Jira (Xray/Zephyr), ensuring traceability to requirements and ongoing reporting of test coverage and progress.

Requirements:

5+ years in QA, including leading test plans and strategies for implementation or maintenance projects.
Experience testing systems that involve calculations, settlements, ETL, and financial reports.
Advanced SQL skills for writing validation, comparative, and reconciliation queries.
Proficient in test management in Jira (Xray, Zephyr, or similar) with clear reporting of test coverage and progress.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts and stakeholders during UAT, distinguishing critical information.
Responsible for delivery, proactively escalating issues and proposing solutions.
Proficient in Polish, both spoken and written, for writing scenarios and conducting pair-testing sessions.
