Description:

Seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead quality assurance and test automation for the Network Traffic Redirection (NTR) Platform Modernization Program.
Focus on migrating legacy C++ business logic to a cloud-native Java 21 platform, ensuring functional parity and high performance through rigorous testing strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with knowledge of testing strategies and automation in software development.
Mandatory experience in automated testing for Java and C++ codebases.
Strong proficiency in Java (targeting Java 21) and experience with high-availability systems.
Deep experience with Golden Master Testing and characterization test creation.
Proven ability in AI-assisted test generation and performance profiling/testing.
Familiarity with telecom-specific protocols (SS7 and Diameter).
Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
Solid debugging skills and experience with development process tracking tools (JIRA, Notion, git).
Good communication skills in English.
