Description:

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on security risks.
Harden cloud-native environments (AWS, OCI, GCP) with secure designs.
Enable secure infrastructure design and deployment using infrastructure-as-code.
Manage IAM/RBAC for cloud infrastructure and streamline access control.
Deploy and operationalize security services and tools (SIEM, SOAR, etc.).
Respond to security incidents and enhance environments post-incident.
Support compliance initiatives through control monitoring and remediation.
Analyze security metrics to address cross-team security issues.
Employ a problem-solving approach empathetic to developer concerns.

Requirements:

5+ years in SecOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or software development focused on security.
Hands-on experience in automating security controls.
Experience managing cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, OCI) and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD systems and SecOps workflows (Git, Terraform).
Knowledge of infrastructure automation, network segmentation, and security observability.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang and/or Python.
Ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
Flexible and constructive problem-solving skills.
Understanding of secure engineering best practices and ability to communicate solutions.
