  • As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will enhance the reliability and performance of the Brokerage-as-a-Service platform during critical 24/7 operations.
  • The role requires a proactive approach to managing technical challenges and system optimizations aligned with global operational strategies.
  • Responsibilities include supporting the SRE team in developing enhancements, handling technical escalations, coordinating incident resolution, and ensuring smooth operations across time zones.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a Senior SRE role or a similar position, demonstrating deep knowledge in site reliability engineering and operations.
  • A working knowledge of REST APIs and an understanding of API integration is required.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting automation and system management, with a proven track record of developing automation solutions, is necessary.
  • SQL and database expertise in transactional databases, including querying and troubleshooting, is essential.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis of technical issues are required.
  • Candidates must be available for flexible work hours and willing to cover US market trading sessions, including L2 on-call coverage.
  • Knowledge of Change Management Process and Risk Management is required.
