Description:

Ethos is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to lead technical direction for production systems, focusing on AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure.
This role involves designing critical infrastructure, leading cross-team initiatives, and enhancing reliability across engineering.

Requirements:

10+ years of software engineering experience in SRE, Infrastructure, or related fields, with significant production systems operation.
Strong coding skills in Golang, Python, or TypeScript, and deep experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Proven track record of leading complex infrastructure initiatives and influencing technical direction.
Excellent communication skills and a mindset focused on reducing toil and balancing reliability, velocity, and cost.

Competitive salary range of $156,000 - $275,000, determined by role, level, and location.
