Description:

  • KnowBe4 is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, and efficiency in a remote role.
  • The role involves working in a fast-paced, agile environment, collaborating with engineers to enhance system technologies and improve service reliability.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS/Ph.D. or equivalent with 8 years of experience.
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, JavaScript) and experienced in AWS architecture.
  • Strong communication, documentation skills, and ability to manage time across competing projects.
  • AWS Cloud Certification(s) - Associate Level required; Professional Level preferred.

Benefits:

  • Base pay ranges from $170,000 - $210,000, depending on skills and experience.
